October 7 saw the Marketplace updated with a slew of paid consumable items, which players can buy in order to increase the amount of experience or resources they gain during play. Unfortunately, Marvel's Avengershas now stocked its Marketplace with various consumable items, which the developers previously promised to never do, and fans are not happy. Black Panther's War for Wakanda expansion launched in August, serving as the game's latest and largest expansion to date. New locations and villains are also featured in these free Operations, with Kate Bishop facing off against the Super-Adaptoid while Hawkeye travels an apocalyptic future and faces the Hulk's future identity of Maestro. So far the title has received three new Avengers in the form of Kate Bishop, Hawkeye, and Black Panther, with each superhero coming with its own storyline.
